Bug Fixes for PublicDomainReprints.org

Here are some bug fixes that were implemented on PublicDomainReprints.org:

1. Resizing for Internet Archive books did not fully work for books that were too large. This has been fixed.
2. Support for illustrations in Google Books has been fixed.
3. Support for more Google Books URLs has been added.
4. Rudimentary support for extra margins has been added.
5. Additional print on demand services are alpha testing.
