After my initial post on Cavalier’s energy surcharge, I filed a complaint with my state’s Public Service Commission. The local paper also published an article titled “Check fine print on phone bill’s energy charge, other new fees” by Dan Thanh Dang, published August 28th, 2008. I just sent a reply back to the PSC as well. Here are the letters:
