I have had all the same problems as listed above and then some. I have thousands of dollars in limbo and don't know how to proceed. The last two transactions have shown balances being transfered to my bank account, but my Bank has never received the ACH deposit. Google does a great job of insulating them from any Customer Support other than a "watered-down" help menu to select your problem from. Deposits that should have hit my Bank weeks ago are still sitting in cyberspace, with no explanation from Google other than those funds were transfered on a specific date. My Bank hasn't received them and Google said they were sent....Great way to do business. I am own a business that utilizes google checkout for my Customers. Someone needs to look into this and get them to be held accountable. In fact, my online sales increased since I installed it in my website. I am guessing that the reason behind this is because of Google's reputation online and the various promotions it offers. The do not publish a telephone number for support, they do not offer live chat with a support/customer service rep. Google has NO clue how to provide customer service of any kind - they are a bunch of geeks hiding behind their network. Google Checkout sucks!
