MIME Type for CSV, Draft -01

HTML list of differences between the -00 and -01 drafts is here and my earlier post is here. Comments should go to either the IETF-TYPES mailing list or to me directly at ietf /at/ shaftek [.] org.
The biggest difference in this draft is the move of the CSV format definition to the normative section as suggested by Dave Crocker.
UPDATE: Draft -02 is out with very minor corrections (HTML and TXT).
